ShipNet

ShipNet is a Norwegian maritime software house whose suite, now packaged as Shipnet ONE, covers the commercial, technical, financial, and procurement sides of running a fleet. Its Commercial module is the voyage management piece: chartering, voyage planning, and voyage results from port to port, tied directly into the integrated marine accounting system.

On the technical side the suite includes planned maintenance, dry docking project management, safety and compliance workflows, procurement from purchase to payment, and an analytics layer across all modules. ShipNet reports more than 150 customers in 31 countries and traces its product line back more than 30 years, with named users including Golar LNG, Wilson, Interorient, and De Poli Ship Management.

ShipNet competes with BASSnet, Hanseaticsoft, and DNV ShipManager when owners and managers pick a fleet suite. Its distinguishing piece is that the commercial voyage system and the accounting system are built in-house on one vessel record rather than integrated from third parties.
