Linerlytica

Linerlytica is a data and analytics platform for the container liner market, operated by Liner Analytics in Singapore and founded in 2020. It tracks containership deployment, forward schedules and port congestion, and its database covers the global liner vessel fleet, the orderbook, fixtures, liner services, operators, owners and container port throughput.

For buyers of shipping software it is mostly a data source rather than a system of record: liner services and port pairs, which sailings are on which loop in a given week, vessel utilization by service, and port congestion indicators that a schedule reliability or port call product can be checked against. The company says it collects more than 400,000 records a day covering over 360 cross-regional liner services and a further 1,000 intra-regional services, and it publishes a weekly Market Pulse alongside the paid database.

Access is freemium: registration opens a period of free access to the newsletter and Market Pulse library, the Weekly Market Pulse is then sold per user, and the full suite adds searchable, filterable database access. Linerlytica is market intelligence about the liner market — it does not run voyages, and commercial or operational liner work sits in systems like Veson or a fleet platform like ShipManager.
